RABC is committed to a personal hands-on missions effort by its members – whether it be on a local, state, national, or international level. It is our prayer that God will lead you to participate in the sharing of Christ with our world, whether through one of our present ministries or by the birth of a new ministry that God has placed on your heart.

In 2003 the Connecting Point (the Point), our ministry center located across the street from the church, was dedicated as a result of our pledge to community missions. Through the Point a wide variety of ongoing missions efforts are accomplished:
RABC Clothes Closet shares free used clothing to those in our community in need.

The Parish/Congregational Nurses Ministry Team is comprised of dedicated nurses who share their skills and organize blood pressure & foot care clinics, and Bloodmobiles. Additionally, they coordinate neighborhood health fairs and provide general patient education for church members and the community.

RABC also holds numerous community events:
Block Parties where free food and music are offered in the parking lot for church members and neighbors to interact.

Fall Festival is a carnival providing a safe alternative on October 31.

Day of Difference is a day where we, in cooperation with other churches in the Rivermont area, help the neighborhood with various areas of service including home renovation, health fair, neighborhood beautification, trash removal, and a car wash.

Other volunteer mission opportunities include:
Celebrate Recovery – a Christ-centered 12-step recovery program for hurts, habits and hangups. Small groups include substance abuse for men,  Life Issues for men, and hurts for women. Meetings are held Fridays from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Jubilee Bible Club – a weekly Bible Club held for children at the Jubilee Center.

Mission Immersion Experiences are short term missions trips to work with our Romany Gypsy Partnership in Hungary and Romania.

Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse. RABC is the area drop off point for all of the local shoe boxes. In the past, we packed and shipped over 10,000 shoe boxes to children all over the world.
